We stayed at this hotel for one night and were impressed with the friendly and helpful staff. the location was great, with Thuy Mountain just a 10-15 minute walk away. the room was nice and had thoughtful touches like a laptop with free wifi. the breakfast options were extensive, with both Western and Eastern choices, and they even made fresh orange juice. the service was top-notch and the price was reasonable. We would definitely consider staying here again.
The bathroom was on the smaller side and the shower was directly above the toilet seat, which was a bit inconvenient.

The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, and the location was perfect, being centrally located and within a short distance from the Thuy mountain. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Great location, close to Thuy mountain. Thoughtful touches in the room, including a laptop with free wifi. Fantastic breakfast options with made-to-order dishes and fresh orange juice. Reasonable price for the level of service.

Spent New Year's at this hotel with some friends and had a great experience! the staff was super friendly, always providing us with great recommendations and accommodating our requests. We loved that they offered free wifi and a delicious breakfast with lots of options. the location was perfect, right in the center of the city and close to key attractions. the hotel had a cozy atmosphere that made us feel at home.
The bathroom was quite small and the shower was located above the toilet, which was an interesting experience. this was a minor issue for us since the staff and the overall experience more than made up for it.

The staff at this hotel were simply amazing! They were extremely helpful, always ready to assist us with anything we needed. The breakfast was top-notch, with plenty of delicious options to choose from. We especially enjoyed the freshly made orange juice. The hotel's location was perfect, close to the main attractions and right in the city center. the room had a laptop with free wifi, which was very convenient for us.
The bathroom in our room was a bit small and the shower was directly above the toilet, which made for an interesting experience. However, this was only a minor issue compared to all the great things this hotel had to offer.
